Personal Support Worker - Part Time and Full Time

As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you will assist clients in the activities of personal care, household management and generalized services as per the client care plan and in conjunction with Infinity Mobile Care’s policies and procedures.


  • Current PSW Certificate.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, nights and weekends.
  • A valid driver’s license and vehicle (depending on location).
  • Updated immunization record, clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector check is required upon hire.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to work well within a changing environment.
  • A current first aid and CPR certificate.
  • Basic computer skills would be an asset.
  • This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement.

Foot Care Nurse

Foot Care nurse with Advanced Foot Care training, is responsible for providing a wide range of foot care services in client homes.

Qualifications include:

  • Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Certification in advanced foot care required.
  • Experience in foot care clinics required
  • Previous community experience will be considered an asset
  • Ability to organize work and implement a plan of care
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (G2 level)
  • Use of a reliable vehicle that is insured for business use
  • Good knowledge of IT technology i.e. laptop, cellphones
  • Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset

Client Care Specialist

Client Care Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for clients and field staff, offering superior customer service skills as they match clients in need of care to appropriate field staff.


  • Receive and enter into the computer system new referrals from private sources
  • Determine if referrals can be accepted based on available staffing resources and input from Supervisors
  • Take great care to assign appropriate staff to clients needing care based on a variety of factors including times suggested by clients, staff availability and relevant skill sets while giving consideration to geographic proximity of clients’ residence
  • Build a care schedule that supports continuity of care
  • Respond professionally to calls and electronic communication from staff, clients and families
  • Document and appropriately report and escalate complaints and incidents related to staff and clients
  • Adhere to the Infinity Mobile Care policies in all interactions with clients, families or other parties ensuring privacy and confidentiality
  • other duties as assigned


  • Completion of post-secondary education is required. Completion of Medical Office Administration course or medical terminology training will be an asset
  • Two years’ administrative or office experience is required
  • Advanced software skills are required, software scheduling experience is also an asset
  • Superior Customer service skills are necessary
  • Ability to effectively communicate both through oral and written mediums
  • Demonstrate compassion, tact and diplomacy when interacting with clients and their families

Care Manager (RN/RPN)

Client Care Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for clients and field staff, offering superior customer service skills as they match clients in need of care to appropriate field staff.


  • Conduct initial and ongoing in-home client assessments/reassessments of clients need for service
  • Establish care plans based upon client health and functioning level, support network and home environment.
  • Lead and direct a PSW team to deliver a seamless service experience that meets customers’ needs and expectations. This includes supervising, coaching and supporting the PSWs to provide high quality customer focused service which includes on-site scheduled and unscheduled spot checks, which will require occasional evening and weekend visits.
  • Conduct Training & Development sessions as well as facilitate and monitor training and educational opportunities for Personal Support Workers.
  • Communicate and work closely with the Client Care Specialist who is responsible for scheduling the PSWs.
