Yes, people sometimes find that the assistance provided in a facility is not enough. At Infinity Mobile Care, our caregivers can provide services to you or your loved one in facilities such as hospitals, long term care, assisted living facilities and retirement communities.

Depending on your needs, the costs associated with in-home care services can be comparable or less than the costs of an assisted living facility. Choosing Infinity Mobile Care allows you to remain in your home and maintain your level of independence within a comfortable and familiar environment

Once the in-home consult is complete our Care Manager will select the best match based on your needs and personality. You will be updated and informed of who your caregiver will be and will be posted on your online profile.

At Infinity Mobile Care, we believe in continuity of care and provide regularly assigned caregivers. Our goal is to custom match clients and caregivers based on your interests and needs. Consistency is important to us and we believe in building ongoing relationships with our clients. If the service is seven days per week, then, we will generally assign two to four caregivers. We always have backup caregivers if someone is sick or on vacation.

IMC hires caregivers with many different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. We will do our best to match with specific requests.

Should your caregiver not be available, we will ensure that a suitable replacement is found and you will be notified in advance.

Absolutely, we understand that there may be times where you need to change your schedule due to outside appointments, family commitments, or anything else that comes up. When you are aware of an upcoming appointment, contact our office to add, change, or cancel a visit. Reassigned visits may result in a different caregiver, however we try our best to ensure continuity. Please give 24 hours notice for cancelled visits, less than 24 hours visit will be charged.

Yes, at any time you feel your needs have changed or decline in your ability to perform certain duties give us a call and your care manager will discuss the changes and updates. Care managers also perform reassessments every 6-12 months based your care level.

After our Care Manager completes your assessment, and services have been agreed to, you will be asked to sign a client services agreement prior to the initiation of services. When you no longer require the services of a caregiver, Infinity Mobile Care requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel services.

We understand last minute things come up, visit our website and log in to your client portal. You can request a visit and as soon as a caregiver has been assigned you will be notified. No access to computer or smartphone? No problem, our office support staff are available via telephone 24/7.

We encourage our clients to rate their caregivers after each shift. This allows us to maintain our standards and hold caregivers accountable for their work. Our Care Managers along with our quality assurance team listen to you. We promise your concerns will be heard. After each visit with your caregiver you will have the opportunity to rate your caregiver. A low rating will be flagged to our care managers and quality team. They will reach out to you to hear your concerns and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. High ratings give us the opportunity to recognize our awesome team members.

We train our caregivers in emergency policies and procedures. In the event of an obvious emergency, our caregivers call 911, secure the environment to avoid further injury and then notify the office. Family members and emergency contacts are contacted immediately by the office. A nurse is assigned on-call at all times for assistance and advice.
